Fitness Regime – Advice Needed!?
I just started back to the gym again after six months away. I put a little weight but now stop smoking and reducing alcohol and trying to eat healthier. Well anyway … not to make a long story short I started to go back to the gym this week and has been twice now. I'm concentrating on the suitability for min 10 km bike and I'm meeting (alternating between self and recumbents) rowing 2000 meters and try to walk and run on the tape (an average of 1.5 km before my ankles start to kill me!). From this I am doing 100 abs a day, and various papers in the strength machines. The question is am I doing too much or too little? I'm beat after each session but I've never exceeded. I know the dangers of trying to do too much and I am starting with low levels of resistance to get me back into the slot. With this type of routine I can expect to see results or I'm wasting my time? Thanks in advance!
